At Fundi kipusa we encourage women around Kenya to achieve their full potential through Job training and education. A lot of women have enrolled in our Women Empowerment program through which they have been able to own a business, venture into agriculture and this in turn has helped them fed and take car of their children.

Through women empowerment women get an opportunity to generate income and this inturn impacts their families economic wellbeing. The goal of our organization is to enable women around kenya make independent life choices and better their families through community based training , and micro enterprise development.
Women are the corner stone of the communities and empowering them brings about change and economic development in the community.W have enabled women to form "Chamas" small cooperative societies where they hav been able to save the money they earn through working and running small business and this enables them to get loans that they can use to expand their businesses , venture into farming, buy land. e.t.c

our approach
Nutritious meal
We provide nutritious meal and monitor the how the children in our feeding program are progressing. We also implement sustainability programs like garden and container farms and educate the parents of this children on how to gow and provide nutritious food easily
clean & safe water
Clean water is life sustaining. That’s why Convoy of Hope has committed to the collection of water and the distribution of water filtration systems. We also train and equip local partners where safe water is not available.
safe living conditions
Dangerous structures and improper sanitation can derail a child’s life. We help communities create healthy living environments by teaching appropriate sanitation practices and showing locals how to build proper latrines.
